Motorhome vs. towable — what to capture
For motorhomes, record mileage like any vehicle. For travel trailers and fifth wheels, record the VIN from the tongue or frame plate and the length. Either way, list what conveys: generator, awnings, hitch hardware, tanks full or empty — disputes live in the details.
Title, lien, and notary checks
Confirm the title is in the seller's name and lien-free before money moves — RVs carry loans more often than any other private-sale property. Some states want notarized signatures for titled vehicles; toggle the notary block on if yours does.
